AllHours is a multiple time zone call and virtual meeting planner. It helps you find the best time to have a call or virtual meeting when the participants are in very different time zones.

“At our 4pm call next week, what time will it be for the team in Hong Kong?”

AllHours can show you with just a spin of the timewheels. It is indispensable for anyone who needs to work or coordinate with others across time zone differences, since it lets you easily find the ideal time for a call or virtual meeting when everyone is awake and alert, with style and usability to spare. After finding the perfect time, it takes two taps to either send the chosen time out in an email or upload it to your Google Calendar.

With AllHours you can:

• Display three time zones simultaneously: effortlessly interact with times directly so you can find the right time by touch,

• Choose between two UIs, one an elegant sun and moon dial, the other a modern all-business UI that shows you what is going on at the time of day you’re considering,

• Create new time zone places,

• Bookmark places you use frequently,

• Search for cities easily,

• Create an email with the meeting time for each place with just two taps,

• Take advantage of Google Calendar integration that shows your calendar and lets you add your new event to it, sending out email invites if you wish.

How AllHours works:

1. Set the timewheels to the places that the people to call or meet with are in, including yourself - this is done by tapping the grey info button that looks like a letter 'i' in a circle,

2. Enter a time into any of the three timewheels and watch them all adjust in real time to show you their respective local times so you can make sure you aren’t scheduling a call at 3am or in the middle of dinner,

3. There is no step 3. But if you want, once you’ve found the perfect time you can send out a pre-formatted email to the participants letting them know about the meeting, or you can upload it to your Google Calendar.

What's New in Version 1.1

Retina Display, ability to search for a time zone and not just a place name.
